The constituent General Assembly took place in July 2016.
The 1st General Assembly could have been held in July or August 2017.
The fiscal year partly over two calendar years forces us to re-solicit new members very quickly. In order to clarify the functioning of the members we asked the advice of the prefecture. These strongly advised to place the exercise of the association on the calendar year. The first General Assembly was therefore be legally convened at the very beginning of 2018. Then regularly at the same date each year. This avoids soliciting two close memberships for our newest members this year.
